Big Bird

Image
Despite assumptions to the contrary, the party is Not going to engage in battle with Big Bird. However, having already made Cookie Monster as a character, I thought I would make a D&D version of Big Bird that is in keeping with him as presented on Sesame Street. Cookie the Barbarian

Image
I have been seeing a lot of Cookie Monster the Barbarian memes in my Facebook feed over the last week or so. This gave me the idea to stat out the character.  This turned out to be a far more complicated build than I anticipated, I ended up modifying and combining two different versions of the Muppet race, researching Cookie Monster, and because the only spellcasting Muppet I can think of is the Amazing Mumford , changing the Bard class for a Non-spellcasting version. Sidney "Cookie" Monster (a.k.a. Alistair Cookie) : male Muppet Barbarian 3/Bard variant 2 CR: 5     Small Humanoid (Muppet) HD: 3d12+6 plus 2d6+4 (40 Hp) Init: +1     Spd: 40'     AC: 16 (Scale Mail, Light Wooden Shield, +1 Dex), t: 11, ff: 16 (never flat-footed); (-5 ACP, 30% ASF) Attacks*: (BAB +4/Grap +6) ; +7 Greataxe: 1d10+3 (20/×3, used two-handed) or +6 Bite: 1d4 nonlethal      * additional +2 hit/damage during Rage SA...

Titanium Cranium

Image
A long time ago, I came up with the idea of a campaign involving different generations of characters. This would be a story that would unfold in chapters with callbacks to previous adventures. NPCs, both helpful and antagonistic , would show up repeatedly over the course of years. The campaign would begin during the American Revolution and move forward through the Old West , Prohibition , World War II , the 1950s, Vietnam, and then the 80s . The Five-Fingered Foot Clan

Image
🥷  Symbol       A chimpanzee footprint inside of a white diamond on a red and orange striped background 🥷  Background, Goals, and Dreams  The Five-Fingered Foot is one of several Clans operating a Ninja Burger franchise. Originally a band of spies and assassins, the group had nearly been driven into extinction through a series of conflicts with various superhumans in the late '80s and early 90's (Batman, Daredevil, Wolverine, etc).  After a catastrophic battle against a pair of Australian policemen at the Sydney Harbour Bridge, one of the few survivors declared that drastic action must be taken if the Clan was going to survive into the next millennium. Taking the last of the operating capital that the Clan had available, Chishikiarichikatu “Katu” Meikitaaimoto traveled to San Francisco to purchase exclusive rights to service the Greater Seattle area as a Ninja Burger franchisee. In the last 20 years, the Clan has prospered, earning a great deal of ...

The Longwatchers Association

Image
Symbol: A sextant over a spyglass. Background, Goals, and Dreams: The Longwatchers Association is made up of lighthouse keepers, harbor masters, cartographers, maritime officers, and the clergies of Selûne, Valkur, and Shaundukal. They seek to establish and maintain a system of navigation rules and consistent markings, even among differing nations, kingdoms, and bodies of water. They seek to create accurate nautical charts and inspect and repair buoys and other navigation aids. They would eventually like to chart all navigable waters. They are most active along the Sword Coast and Sea of Fallen Stars. Enemies and Allies: The Longwatchers are opposed by the churches of Talos and Umberlee because they work at cross purposes. By the same token, they are supported by worshippers of Selûne, Valkur, and Shaundukal. Several mercantile organizations also provide assistance to the organization. Members: The Longwatchers accept members of all races, especially those that have nautical intere...
