Lucky the Leprechaun and his Lucky Charms

Possessions: Clothing, Walking Stick, Small Black Cauldron

Height: 2'4"     Weight: 44 lbs.
Hair: Bright Orange    Eyes: Blue
Appearance: Lucky is roughly 2' tall with bright orange hair and blue eyes. His hands are slightly oversized but not disproportionally so but he does only have three fingers and a thumb on each. He typically wears a blue shirt and gray pants with  green hat, jacket, scarf and shoes with gold buckles.

• Compulsive Talker/Paranoia (Ex): Lucky has a delusional, irrational fear that "they" are after his lucky charms. He takes elaborate precautions to protect his property while simultaneously speaking about it in a way to make it sound more desirable to listeners.

• Spell-like Abilities: Caster Level 2, at will - Dancing Lights, Ghost Sound, and Prestidigitation; 1/day - Fabricate

• Skills: Leprechauns have excellent hearing and gain a +2 racial bonus on Listen checks.

• Lucky's Black Cauldron: this small black cooking vessel does not contain gold as is the case with most leprechauns. Instead, it produces a mixture of toasted oats and multicolored marshmallows that never runs empty (on command, can be used to cast Create Food and Water as a Cleric 11 but substituting cereal and milk).

Additionally, the cauldron's owner can use it to create one of eight specialty enchanted charms. There may only be one of each Charm in existence at a time and these last until activated (by eating them) or the next full moon, whichever comes first.

The types of charms and their powers are as follows (each power functions as if cast by an 11th level caster):

Pot of Gold: Locate Object
Blue Moon: Invisibility
Rainbow: Dimension Door
Shooting Star: Fly
Red Balloon: Levitate
Purple Horseshoe: Haste
Pink Heart: Animate Object
Green Clover: Bless

For AD&D 1st or 2nd ed, I would just use the standard Leprechaun stats (minus the ability to grant wishes) and include the cauldron as an item.
