T-Rex Chopper!

I don't know where the idea for this came from but I found it drawn on an old napkin in the pocket of coat I hadn't worn in over a year. It might be related to the T-Rex Chomper but otherwise, I have no context for the name. And absolutely NO IDEA why I choose La Quinta for their base of operations. In any case, I see Tyrannus and Tee being extremely eager, if incompetent, crimefighters, causing thousands of dollars of property damage every time they take to the streets.

Tyrannus' original name was Leslie Hanson but he changed it after building Tee (although his mother continues to call him Leslie). She also tries to set him up on dates. Tyrannus is an expert in computer programming, robotics, and aeronautics but dresses like Alice Cooper and is in an Alice Cooper tribute band called "Dwight Fry".

• A Biomorph frame is essentially a hard plastic or metallic casing often, but not always, in a shape that suggests a living creature. As a Huge Construct he has 18d10 racial HD. Tee’s “factory preset base” skills are Computer Use 5 ranks, Hide 5 ranks, Intimidate 5 ranks, Listen 4 ranks, Move Silently 5 ranks, Navigate 5 ranks, Pilot 5 ranks, Search 4 ranks, and Spot 4 ranks.

• Alternate Form (Ex): The T-Rex Chopper has two forms. The first is a robotic tyrannosaurus and the second is a dinosaur-themed helicopter. As a move action (see a note on Feats - below), to transform from dinosaur to helicopter mode, his head tips back and his rocket launcher slides off of his backend onto his left side. His arms fold in and tuck back against his chest. His tail swings down to fall into a line formed by his head, neck, and spine. Rotor blades flip up out of the tail and fan out. The rear wing at the end of the tail swivels forward. His legs pivot out at the hip and the feet rotate up. Finally, a pair of stub wings snap down out of the legs.
In helicopter mode, Tee has the following statistics: Crew: 1, Cargo: 650 lbs, Init: -2, Maneuver-2, Top Speed: 245 (25), Def: 8 (-2 size), Hardness: 10, Size: H (overall length 53', rotor span 44')

• Artificial Intelligence (Ex): Tee is a highly advanced computer program created by Dr. Tyrannus. He functions as the co-pilot for the T-Rex Chopper. He can help Tyrannus on Pilot checks by taking an aid another action. Aiding the pilot is a move action, leaving the copilot with an attack action each round to do something else. He may also serve as a gunner or sensor operator. If Tyrannus is incapacitated, Tee may act as the pilot instead.

• Construct traits: Tee has no Constitution score,  Low-Light Vision, Darkvision 60', Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasm, patterns, and morale effects), poison, sleep effects, paralysis, stunning, disease, death effects, and necromancy effects. Cannot heal damage on its own but can be repaired. Not subject to critical hits, nonlethal damage, ability damage, ability drain, fatigue, exhaustion, and energy drain. Immune to any effect that requires a Fortitude save unless it affects objects or is harmless. Not at risk of death from massive damage. Cannot be raised or resurrected.

• Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, Tee must hit an opponent of up to one size smaller with its bite attack. It can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If it wins the grapple check, it establishes a hold.

• Trample (Ex): As a full-round action, Tee can move up to twice its speed and literally run over any opponents at least one size category smaller than itself. The creature merely has to move over the opponents in its path; any creature whose space is completely covered by the trampling creature’s space is subject to the trample attack. If a target’s space is larger than 5 feet, it is only considered trampled if the trampling creature moves over all the squares it occupies. If the trampling creature moves over only some of a target’s space, the target can make an attack of opportunity against the trampling creature at a -4 penalty. Trampled opponents can attempt attacks of opportunity, but these take a -4 penalty. If they do not make attacks of opportunity, trampled opponents can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage. A trampling creature can only deal trampling damage to each target once per round, no matter how many times its movement takes it over a target creature.

* A note on Feats: Awesome Presence allows Tee to substitute Strength for Charisma on Intimidate checks. Quick Change allows Tee to transform from one form to another as a move-action instead of as a Full-round action.

For reference, I used the VTech Switch and Go Velociraptor-Helicopter as the basis for the transformation sequence.
