Romulus' Shooting Stars

While visiting the Tower of High Sorcery in Wayreth Forest, Romulus crafted a new set of throwing stars to replace the ones he lost when he was killed in the Jungle of Klesh on Nehwon. His original set had been made at the College of Magic in Silverymoon. They leave a trail of silver sparks when thrown.

Damage: 1+5 plus 1d6 electrical plus 1d10 electrical on a critical hit (may throw up to 3 at once, shuriken do not gain a bonus to damage from high strength)

27 Gildember thru 27 Darkember 348 AC Arthur sheaths Lawbringer and picks up his winged shield. "By Malazzarr, I hope I can get this fixed," he breathes heavily and leans on his sword for a bit of support "Everyone okay?" Romulus looks at the shield. "Most of that should buff right out. We'll grab some walnut oil back in town and get you set up." Once the party returns to Silvanost, the halfling fits the newly enchanted onyx into Dickory's Clock. The other two gems, an amethyst and a tiger's eye, flash as their new companion piece is inserted. The entire bracer glows for about a minute, emitting an aura that extends perhaps a finger's width above the leather before slowly being absorbed back into the material. 27 Gildember thru 27 Darkember 348 AC At the Tower of High Sorcery, all three wizards study in the library, with each adding spells to their repertoire. Ra’ziir spends some time in the surrounding Forest of Wayreth, practicing with a recently acquired item to assess its abilities and limitations. Shadow will wait for an opportunity to speak with Lady Ladonna.  He will ask her to take a look at “an item I acquired many years ago from its original owner who ... died suddenly.” He presents a Black Robe of the Archmagi to her. “I was wondering what your Order may have collecting dust or riding around in a bag of holding that would be of interest to me. “Black is my natural color but I like my robes with a bit of pop to them.” Ladonna raises one eyebrow, "I am sure we can arrange a suitable exchange." “Wonderful! The War Wheel

The War Wheel was a nigh-unstoppable Nazi weapon in DC comics. Its original incarnation was defeated when it came into contact with high voltage lines, electrocuting the crew. While subsequent versions corrected this fatal flaw, it's great weight made it vulnerable to sinking in quicksand and marshy ground. War Wheels could be transported to and from battlefields by teams of dirigibles. On Earth-218 , the War Wheel would have been created by H.Y.D.R.A. When my players reach the World War II chapter of my campaign , they may find themselves facing off against this monstrous war machine. White Court Vampires for d20 - Revised

As mentioned in my notes on Earth-218 , characters from the Dresden Files exist in my campaign although I suspect that they will do their own thing while my players do theirs. That said, it seemed like a good idea to at least rough out some of the races that the players could come into contact with. That said, I present my take on a d20 version of the Dresden Files White Court Vampires.  Th e White Court is a breed of humanoids that feed on the emotional energy of others. They prefer to employ pawns and political manipulation to open conflict but are deadly combatants if pressed. Despite their name, they are not undead. "It was a stormy night when a bolt of lightning forced me off the road.  My car skidded into a government laboratory where a top secret experiment was underway.  I swerved into the path of Dr. Chase's Molecular Transfer Ray, causing me and my car to become one...the Incredible Turbo Teen!" For the past few days I have been thinking off-and-on about this old cartoon from the 80's and, after a little bit of poking around on the internet for details that had escaped my memory over the course of the last 34 years, I put together what I feel is a fair representation of Turbo Teen.
