AT THE ABANDONED TEMPLE OF KIRI-JOLITH
Grotto marvels at the molted sword and the power it has. He puts it back in its sheath draws it again and walks about to play with this new invisibility. "This could come in handy on my axe!" Thinks the wet dwarf. Grotto then examines the jars. It dawns on him that the horn from the other room and the horns on the jar lids must be the holy symbol of the war god! "It must have been the good that spoke to me! Surely there is a way to reinstate gods here then!" Grotto thinks excitedly! Grotto gathers all the jars and looks around the room one last time for any other hidden goodies, clues, or any thing his recently deceased foe may have dropped. After which, Grotto leaves the chamber to the main room, careful to avoid the pit trap, and heads up the stairs to the surface.
The dwarf emerges into the night, shoulders his findings and makes his way back to the healers' house. The entire place is in an uproar as healers grab bandages, bags, and whatever else they can carry and run off into the dark.
Lorraine appears, "Your friends have just rescued many elves from a prison ship. My people are heading to Councilor Summerwalker's warehouse to tend to the wounded." The ancient elf pauses, taking in Grotto's appearance as well as the sword and other artifacts he recovered from the basement of the forgotten temple. "It seems that your exploration was fruitful. Tell me, what did you find?"

AT WAYRETH TOWER
Shadow searches the halls of the Tower till he finds Romulus and sits down with him and says “Tell me where you found out about these lances for dragons?”
The halfling pushes a large tome entitled "The Legend of Huma" toward the dwarf. "I marked the pertinent passages. It really doesn't say much."
The leather cover of the book is faded and cracked. Shadow opens it to the first bookmark and begins reading..."Huma...blah blah blah... Solamnic Knight... ah... here we go! Two types of Dragonlances... the more powerful version is forged using the Hammer of Kharas and the Silver Arm of Ergoth. Lesser versions are forged using just one of these artifacts. Blah, blah, blah, made from dragonmetal... half the weight of steel but just as strong...sounds like mithral to me... if wielded accurately directly targets the life force of an evil dragon. Hmmm... interesting ... Huma struck Takhisis with his lance. It became lodged in her body, causing her great pain, he agreed to remove the lance only of she would swear to depart the world and take her chromatic dragons with her."
The dark elf flips through the rest of the book, scanning the remaining pages. His brow furrows and he begins to frown. "This was over 1,300 years ago. What happened to the lances?"
Romulus shrugs. "No idea. Menathradon and I searched the entire archive and that is all we could find."
AT THE GRIFFON AERIE
Kysek looks to the griffons; then looks back. “It’s been some time since I’ve been upon a griffon, I will join as well. Truly marvelous creatures; I look forward to the training.” Kysek states.
Ra’ziir plans to meet for training in the morning, telling Commander Terinani “I look forward to learning all I can… thank you.”
Then to the sergeant, “Tell me Sgt. Falindrithan, who would be responsible for the maintenance of those tunnels and storage areas we discussed earlier? I think it would be prudent to survey them and make them ready, in the event of a full scale assault by the dragon armies…”
He thinks a moment longer, “and what of blueprints or maps of these areas, do they still exist somewhere? They would be useful in planning for sheltering the population.”
Falindrithan thinks for a minute, "House Mason? Maybe? If anyone knows about the conditions of the tunnels, it would probably be them."
