Silvanost - Reunion

10 Hiddumont 348 AC (1351 DR)

The sun is barely above the horizon when Shadow, Ra’ziir, and Romulus return from their Tests of High Sorcery. Ra'ziir is missing several patches of skin, revealing crystalline muscle beneath. While the Bladesinger and Eldritch Knight bears the most obvious physical change, there is a difference in the bearing of all three mages.

The rest of the party brings them up to speed on what Ornforitalas has told them about the war, the goblins, and the other enemies that have been sighted in the Silvanesti woods.

Cedron says to the group, “Goblins are rarely smart enough to coordinate anything more complicated than opportunistic raids. I’m sure they will lead us to something or someone much more nefarious. I’d like to know a bit more about this pact.” He pauses to select his words carefully, “So that we honor King Lorac’s word, of course.”

Arthurs asks Lady Agnes, "Yes, what is this pact in which they speak of?"

The elven girl takes a moment, obviously collecting her thoughts. "A little less than a year ago, a man named Ariakas came to speak with Speaker of the Sun Lorac. I don't know all of the details but in exchange for the Silvanesti not interfering in their war, the Dragonarmies would stay out of our forest."

Ornforitalas clears his throat, "Aside from some reported activity, it looks like they are keeping to their end of the deal, for the most part. We," he pauses to look around the room, "are going to make sure that it stays that way."

“Then it is settled. We begin hunting once our other companions return," Kysek says.

"The only good goblin is a dead one!" Grotto adds, "Lets go before their tracks are cold."

Romulus feels a twinge of pain where his missing finger should be, a dull ache that spreads throughout his entire hand. He looks around, unsure of the cause.

Raven joins the group. He asks about if there are any maps showing the locations of the goblin and giant sightings. If there are any areas of strategic importance, perhaps a pattern to their movements can be discerned.

Onforithalas nods, "Alara, you're with House Recorder. Can you get us those maps?"

The dark-haired elf shifts uncomfortably, "Um, yes. I should be able to do that for you."

As the group begins making plans, the party's trio of Order Wizards notice Feal-Thas coming out of House Protector's hall. He nods in their direction before turning to walk down the street.
