Changeling Racial Abilities:
• Magical Beast but treated as Humanoid for purposes of spells such as Charm Person or Hold Person. Changelings trade in their racial HD at 1st level when they take a character class.
• Automatic languages: Common and Equine
• Even though they lack hands, Changelings are able to use their hooves to manipulate items and equipment in the exact same way that humanoids can.
• Favored Class: Any, when determining whether a multiclass Changeling takes an experience point penalty, his or her highest level class does not count. +1 ECL
• Change Shape (Su): Changelings can alter their physical form to take on the appearance of any Medium equine, including a unique individual. They retain their statistics in their new form, and clothing, armor, and possessions do not change and are not absorbed into the new form. The new form lasts until it is changed or the Changeling is killed.
Other creatures can attempt a Sense Motive or Spot check (opposed by your Bluff check) to pierce the disguise. You must have seen the individual you are imitating and gain a +10 bonus to your Bluff check (increases to +15 at 11th Level and +20 at 15th Level)
• Emotionvore (Su): Changelings feed on powerful emotions. The best emotion for feeding is love, but any will do in a pinch. Anypony within 10' of the Changeling must make a Will save or suffer 1 point of Cha damage (Will DC 10 + ½ Changeling's HD/level + Cha modifier negates the Charisma damage). Targets who fail their save become fatigued and susceptible to a Suggestion (as the spell) cast by the Changeling.  
The Changeling can also try to absorb emotions more quickly by making a touch attack against its target to deal 1d4 Cha damage. This is usually disguised as a form of physical affection (i.e. a hoofshake, hug, or kiss).
• Rippling Mind (Ex): Changelings gain +2 bonus to Will saves.
• Stability (Ex): A Changeling gains a +4 bonus on ability checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground (but not when climbing, flying, riding, or otherwise not standing firmly on the ground)
• Skills: Gains a +2 racial bonus to Bluff and Sense Motive; Echo's chosen Expert class skills are: Bluff (Cha), Diplomacy (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Gather Information (Cha), Knowledge (Arcana) (Int), Knowledge (History) (Int), Listen (Wis), Perform (Acting) (Cha), Search (Int), and Sense Motive (Wis).

Osse is one least detailed continents of the Forgotten Realms.   There is almost no canon information regarding it or its inhabitants.   Even the Forgotten Realms wiki has little to say about this Australian-analog. Beldam (Other Mother from Coraline)

I watched the movie “ Coraline ” for the first time this weekend.   Don’t get me wrong, I’ve seen snippets of the film here and there over the years and I recognized the character when the movie started but I have never sat down and Watched the movie (or read the book).   By the time the show was over, I have to admit that I was fascinated by the entire thing.   The animation and pacing were incredibly well done and the main antagonist was delightfully wicked.   This is who I want to focus on today – Beldam, a.k.a. the Other Mother.   Some viewers may think that she was some sort of demon, offering children their heart’s desire in exchange for their souls, much like a crossroads demon but I feel like she more closely resembles a faerie, a member of the Unseelie Court who is allowed a great deal of independence in her operations.   I also think that since the protagonist, Coraline, was just a child that Beldam wouldn’t necessarily have been overly powerful, holding a relatively low

Accidentally Funny

Humor is not that unusual in gaming sessions.   When it happens on accident however, it can create long-lasting memories. Once upon a time, I ran a solo adventure for a dwarf named Happy Jack.   Happy was a psychic and an inventor of sorts.   From the pressurized wooden keg full of alchemist’s fire worn on his back with the spray nozzle and sparker to his own brand of beer, Happy Jack was an innovator.   His player always made sure to take good notes of his adventures so he could review what had happened and plan Happy’s next move. Malazzarr's Temple in Lankhmar

While adventuring in Lankhmar , the party completed a job for the local Overlord and were granted possession of an abandoned temple dedicated to Tyaa , goddess of birds. Her worshipers had been driven from the city several years prior following a scandal and the building had stood vacant ever since. While most of the party was away tending to other matters, the group's primary wizard remained behind to prepare their new home for habitation. Note #1: At this point, the party's spellcasters were suffering from debilitating pain every time they tried using their magic.
