• A Biomorph frame is essentially a hard plastic or metallic casing often, but not always, in a shape that suggests a living creature.  As a Tiny Construct he has 1/2d10 racial HD (this is replaced by his Class level).  This Seemingly Normal VCR's “factory preset base” skills would have been Listen (2 ranks) and Spot (2 ranks) (these are replaced by skills acquired through class levels).
Construct Traits: Darkvision 60’, Low-Light Vision, Immune to Mind-affecting effects, Poison, Sleep effects, Paralysis, Stunning Disease, Death and Necromancy effects, Critical Hits, any effect requiring a Fortitude save unless it affects objects, Nonlethal Damage, Ability Damage/Drain, Fatigue, Exhaustion, Energy Drain or Death from Massive Damage (but destroyed instantly at 0 hp); Cannot heal on his own, must be repaired, cannot be raised or resurrected.

This Seemingly Normal VCR (Alternate Version)

CR1 Trap, Mechanical; Touch Trigger; Automatic Reset, deals 1d6 damage per round to any inserted VHS tape, Search DC20, Disable Device DC20

Using This Seemingly Normal VCR in your campaign: The easiest way to use This Seemingly Normal VCR is as a trap in a setting with access to relatively modern technology. Introducing it as a character, especially given its low speed and difficulty communicating with a group is problematic but could make for interesting role-playing it attempts to use charades or something to "talk" to its party members. Perhaps, it could travel with a group of other robotic adventurers, making for an unusual group of NPCs for your players to encounter.
