01 Newkolt 349 AC The red dragon still in the street scrabbles to its feet. It spins to face Raven, opens its mouth with a roar and unleashes a massive cone of fire at the elven swordsman. Cobblestones glow bright orange from the extreme heat passing over them. Raven crosses his arms in front of his face to protect his eyes as the raging inferno engulfs him. As fire consumes the street, Kysek moves along, silent and unseen to the far side of the dragon. He whispers, " Πέτρινο δέρμα" and his skin takes on the consistency of granite as he positions himself to strike. Shadow will survey the skies looking for the next incoming flight of dragons. The drow sees a flight of six blue dragons closing on his location. The creatures fan out with two remaining in the center while the other four spread out to the left and right by a distance of a few blocks each. Big Foot

As I was driving for work the other day, a rogue thought popped into my head. What if Bigfoot was just a Big Foot? Like, a giant foot just wandering the wilds of Faerûn or the Feywild or even the Pacific Northwest. No body. No larger creature it was attached to. Just a foot. Well, wonder no more! Attack on Silvanost - Part 2

01 Newkolt 349 AC Kysek sees the two dragons crash to the ground. He races along the street, silent as death. The carnage surrounding them is unbelievable. All around, he sees splintered kiosks, smashed storefronts with some buildings entirely collapsed into the street mixed with bloody smears of what were once elven revelers just minutes ago celebrating the arrival of the new year. He crouches behind some rubble, his well practiced fingers plucking the spell components he needs without having to look. He falls into his spellcasting and focuses on the two dragons that are just now getting their feet under them and calls out, " Καταιγίδα πάγου!" Hailstones begin falling from the sky, pounding the red wyrms with punishing force. Both beasts roar, their anger rattling the few remaining intact windows in their frames. Dr. Bumbershoot

Dr. Bumbershoot was created for use in during the Gangbusters/Cthulhu by Gaslamp sequel to the western I currently have in progress.  Unless something changes, I have him slated to be a private investigator the party will become acquainted with during the course of their adventures.  The character's concept was inspired by and borrows heavily from the Kingsmen movies (I never read the comics so I have no idea how accurately the movies have been adapted).  The sequel will be set in the superhero-based   world that will tie ALL of the other campaigns together . That said, I spent an entire evening scouring the internet for pictures of umbrellas (including diagrams complete with labeled parts), bartitsu , and the Bat-Man villain Penguin for inspiration.  Mix and simmer for a day or two and this is what I came up with... Day Three of the Odinsleep (The Plains of Vígríðr) Part Five

DAY ONE (Day Three of the Odinsleep), 9:30 am Everyone sees Raven hurled into the wall by the Jotun.   Many are surprised when the elf rises to his feet, spits out a mouthful of blood and starts running back toward the enemy.   Shadow, realizing that the cursed sword Thorgrim will make Raven fight until either he or the giant is dead angles around in mid-air and dives back toward the mountainous giant.   “Spewer!   Leap onto its head and see if you can get into the thing’s ears or nose and melt its brain!”   The dark elf pulls his dagger, the “Nasty Surprise” as he closes in on the blue-skinned behemoth.   The giant scowls, watching Raven race toward him and readies his axe to strike and does not notice Shadow’s approach.   Spewer jumps right before Shadow drives his dagger into the side of the giant’s neck.   The tiny blade barely scratches the skin but it’s enough for the drow to release the spell stored within the blade.   Five pulses...
