Homicidal Vending Machine

My brother-in-law brought his kids (4 and almost 1½ years old girls) over to play this weekend. One of the toys they brought with them was a little (18") red plastic refrigerator. The little one was playing and the fridge fell on her. She lay there on her back, eyes wide, wriggling and trying to get out from under this thing (which she did before I could even hop up to help her) but that got me to thinking about people who are killed by vending machines and that led to this....

This large refreshment dispensing machine is spattered with blood.

When a vending machine falls and kills someone, it is recalled for inspection and modification to make it safer. Sometimes, parts of the machine are used to repair other machines. This can transfer traces of the psychic energy from the slain victim to the new machine. In these cases, an unrelenting muderous desire is instilled.

Homicidal Vending Machines move by shuffling on their four feet or in short hops to clear small obstacles and curbs. On average, they stand between six and seven feet tall and weigh between 639 and 788 pounds, with soda machines being heavier. The supernatural energy that animates these machines reinforces the glass front (when applicable), making it as durable as the rest of the machine's body.

Construct Traits: Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, phantasms, patterns, and morale effects); Immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, stunning, disease, death effects, and necromancy effects. Cannot heal damage on their own, but often can be repaired by exposing them to a certain kind of effect or through the use of the Craft Construct feat. A construct with the fast healing special quality still benefits from that quality. Not subject to critical hits, nonlethal damage, ability damage, ability drain, fatigue, exhaustion, or energy drain. Immunity to any effect that requires a Fortitude save (unless the effect also works on objects, or is harmless).
Not at risk of death from massive damage. Immediately destroyed when reduced to 0 hit points or less. Since it was never alive, a construct cannot be raised or resurrected.
Crush (Ex): A Homicidal Vending Machine can tip forward to crush any adjacent Medium-sized or smaller opponents. This attack deals 1d8+9 damage. The Machine continues dealing damage each round on a successful Grapple check.
Skills: Homicidal Vending Machines receive a +20 racial bonus to appear as normal vending machines.
